Austin Ventures is a real estate investment company based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We buy houses for cash across Montgomery County, Maryland and the greater Washington, DC metro area, renovate many of them, and offer others to fellow investors.
Who we are
Austin Ventures LLC is owned and run by Michael. We work with homeowners who want a simpler path than a traditional listing: a direct cash sale, with no agents, no open houses, no waiting on a buyer’s mortgage approval, and no repair list to work through before closing.
Our office is at 16629 S Westland Dr in Gaithersburg, and our focus is the area we know best: Montgomery County and the surrounding Washington, DC metro. Buying locally means we walk every property in person, we understand the neighborhoods we buy in, and you can reach the owner by phone during business hours.
Every house we buy goes one of two ways. Many we renovate ourselves and return to the market as move-in-ready homes. Others are a better fit for another investor, and we offer those to buyers on our list. That combination is what lets us make cash offers on houses in almost any condition.
