How you opt in

You can opt in to text messages from Austin Ventures LLC through the contact form on our Contact page. The form has two separate checkboxes, one for each type of message:

Customer care text messages (optional): replies to your inquiry, scheduling property walkthroughs, and follow-ups and updates about your cash offer and closing.
Marketing text messages (optional): new off-market investment property deals and other promotional offers.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. They are independent of each other: ticking one does not opt you in to the other. You can submit the contact form without ticking either box, and we will still respond to your inquiry by phone or email.
